Mazda Vietnam – Japan's quality

(QNO) - The quality of THACO Mazda’s products is equivalent to those from Mazda factories in the world.

The quality of the Mazda products in THACO Mazda plant (Chu Lai, Quang Nam) has been assessed to be similar to that of other Mazda products in the world through a comparison between the Vietnam’s Mazda CX5 and Hiroshima’s one.

In the program of Vietnam’s products – Japan’s quality recently held in Chu Lai by Mazda and THACO, CEO of Mazda in Southeastern Asia Susumu NiiNai stated that Mazda products were the same quality all over the world because all the Mazda factories shared their criteria for quality control and assessment.

At the THACO Mazda plant, the quality of each unit must undergo a quality inspection line with the End Of Line system. It is directly connected with Mazda Japan to ensure that THACO Mazda’s products have the same quality as the ones made in Japan.

The structure of the Mazda CX-5 produced in THACO Mazda plant and the one manufactured in Hiroshima are both smooth and in the same colour. It is the result of the most advanced technology – smart electronic paint sprayer systems. In addition, the most modern chains of sealant and anti-noise glue spraying are applied to assemble products in THACO Mazda plant.

In the comparison, the cars were tested at different speeds on different terrain to identify their stability.

On this occasion, THACO Mazda introduced 3 different colours, Soul Red Crystal, Machine Gray and Snowflake White Pearl, using Wet on Wet technology. With this modern technology, the cars will be smoother and more reliable. Its capacities of resistance to scratches and anti-corrosion will be increased.

With the KODO design language – the soul of motion, Skyactiv technology and three new exterior colours, each Mazda car is not just a technology product but an artwork that is attrative to customers.
