Cooperation between Quang Nam and non-governmental organizations

(QNO) - The conference on promotion of partnership between Quang Nam province and foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and partners has just taken place in Ha Noi city. At the event, Quang Nam and three NGOs reached their cooperative agreements. Present at the event were President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations Nguyen Phuong Nga and leaders of Quang Nam province.

CHIA and poor children

In the period of 2019-2023, the Children’s Hope In Action (CHIA) will help poor children in Quang Nam so that they can continue their schooling, provide disabled children with wheelchairs, walkers, money for healthcare services, houses, sanitation and clean water facilities. All the cost is VND11 billion (over USD 478 thousand).

WWF Vietnam: Biodiversity in the Mid-Annamite Range

The WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) Vietnam will carry out the Carbon and Biodiversity project- phase 2 in Quang Nam province in the period of 2019-2025.  1.83 million Euros will be spent preserving biodiversity and forest landscapes in the Mid-Annamite Range.

CCIHP and MCNV: offering the healthcare to disabled children

CCIHP (Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population) and MCNV (the Medical Committee Netherlands-Vietnam) plan for the project on developing interdisciplinary rehabilitation services for disabled children in Quang Nam province in the period of 2019-2022.  Accordingly, the children under 16 who are mentally and physically retarded will be help for better growth. The project costs USD 1.99 million (VND 46 billion).
