(QNO) - Mr John McAnulty, Australian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh city visited the Huong Duong (Sunflower) Shelter (Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province) on 5th August.
Consul General John McAnulty paid his warm attention to the health, entertainment, learning and living conditions of the children and teachers at the Huong Duong Shelter and offered this shelter a Braille tactile printing machine. This modern machine with a maximum of typing 44 dots per second and printing 100 two face sheets per hour will practically serve the demand of teaching and learning for 30 disabled children at the Huong Duong Shelter.
This humanitarian donation is a part of the Austrailiant Direct Aid Program (DAP) funded by the Australian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh city to support children and disadvantaged people in Quang Nam province.
