My Quang (Quang Noodle) has been recognised by Asian Record Organization as one of 12 Vietnamese dishes, reached at “Asian valuable specialties”. Meanwhile, Cau Mong barbecued veal has been recognised as Vietnamese delicious dish.

Quang Noodle and Cau Mong barbecued veal are two specialties which are taken care of by Quang Nam people. These specialties are not only the dishes but also one of the cultural symbols, the essence characteristics as well as the spirit of gastronomy which have been known over the world.

At the same day, media center was opened for this event propaganda by the Management Board of “The 5th Quang Nam Heritage Festival”.
