(QNO) - The biggest plate of Cau Mong barbecued veal and the biggest bowl of Phu Chiem Quang noodle will be presented on coming June 22 by Vinahouse JS company. This is also an event of the 5th Quang Nam Heritage Festival. The organizer expects this event will be recognized as Vietnam’s records.

The biggest bowl of Phu Chiem Quang noodle will be enough for 600 people to enjoy in the same time. It will be processed from 105kg of raw noodle, 18kg pork, 25kg shrimp, 5kg crab and safe vegetable (planted in Tra Que vegetable village). The noodle bowl’s figure is imitated from the old model one of Phu Chiem village (Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province). It is enameled inside and inlaid with old porcelain of the Nguyen dynasty outside.
The bowl has 3.6m diameter, 1.5m high and a 0.156m base. The vegetable plate has 4.1m diameter, 0.6m high. The chopsticks are 1.8m long and made from ebony wood.
The Cau Mong barbecued veal plate has 4.5 diameter, 0.65m high and a 0.05m high base. It is inlaid with old porcelain of the Nguyen dynasty outside. The raw materials for this specialty are barbecued veal, mam nem, vegetable and spices.
Being two specialties of Quang Nam province. Quang noodle has been recognized as one of 12 Asian valuable specialties. Cau Mong barbecued veal has been recognized as a Vietnamese specialty record by Vietnam Records Organisation.
