(QNO) - Five new classrooms with a fresh and clean water system for elementary students of Ch’om commune (Tay Giang mountainous district, Quang Nam province) have recently been inaugurated and brought into operation.

This 75,000 USD worth educational construction is a present of the Japan’s Parliament Association. The Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is an active contributor in the prosess of building those classrooms.
These new classrooms are also one of the activities marking 40 years of the diplomatic relationship between Vietnam and Japan and creating favourable conditions to develop the educational task of a mountainous commune.
