(QNO) - The Vietnam’s 2015 Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) has just been announced by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and United States Agency of International Development (USIAD).

For the first time, Quang Nam province was among the top 10 provinces and cities with the best quality of management in 2015. The province scored 61.06 points and ranked 8th (up 6 levels over 2014). Danang city maintained its leading position in the PCI for the third consecutive year, with 68.34 points.
The PCI aims to evaluate and rank the business climate, quality of economic management and administrative reform of 63 Vietnam’s provinces and cities yearly from the year 2005.
