(QNO) - Duc An ancient house is an architecturally orginal and a historic relic of Hoi An ancient town, Quang Nam province.

This house is located at 129 Tran Phu street, the center of Hoi An ancient town. It was built nearly 190 years ago.

Duc An ancient house is in Vietnamese architectural style, of the early 19th century. The house’s frame was made of wood in accordance with the style of nhà rường (Vietnamese antique house) in Central Vietnam and surrounded withick walls. The house is roofed with yin-yang tiles. There are many layers, open yards in the house to get light and air.
