Inauguration of the landmark model of sovereignty over Truong Sa archipelago in Hoi An

(QNO) - A landmark model of sovereignty over Truong Sa archipelago (Spratly Islands) has just been inaugurated at Green park in Cam An ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province.

The construction of the landmark model of sovereignty over the Truong Sa archipelago started on August 24, 2021.

It is built based on the sovereignty landmark on Truong Sa archipelago (belonging to Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa province).

It is 170 centimetres wide and 6 metres high. The model costs nearly VND 135 million which was donated by veterans, officials and residents in Cam An ward.

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam has shown its resolute objection to Taiwan’s military exercises in the territorial waters around Ba Binh island belonging to Vietnam’s Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago, and demanded Taiwan to end those actions and not to repeat them in the future, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang has said.
