Online photo exhibition of Hoi An ancient costume

An exhibition of Hoi An ancient costume photos takes place on https://hoianheritage.net/ from November 23 to December 4, 2020.

The event is one of the activities to celebrate the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23rd), the 21st anniversary of Hoi An ancient town recognized as a UNESCO world cultural heritage (December, 4th) and the 3rd anniversary of the arts of Bai Choi in Central Vietnam recognized as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage (December 7th).

There are nearly 100 photos at the exhibition, including Hoianians’ daily costumes, religious clothing, ceremonial dress, sports clothing, uniform among others.

They come from the Hoi An Centre for Monuments Management and Preservation and a lot of families in Hoi An. All the photos are exhibited with notes to make them clear.
