Street fashion and real-scene shows in Hoi An

In the space of Hoi An ancient town, there will be 2 more performance arts to take place periodically in the coming time.

A real-scene show named “Integration- Lightening Hoi An” will be held on the 15th day of every lunar month, starting on the evening of December 28, 2020.

In the show, there will be some excerpts from Hoi An Memories show, such as “Ben Bo” (shore), “Lighting up Hoi An” which is performed by 200 high-school students in white ‘Ao Dai’.

The 5-colour lanterns are used in the performance occurring from Hoai River Square to An Hoi bridge through Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Tran Phu, Hoang Van Thu and Bach Dang streets.

Meanwhile, the street fashion show will be held every Saturday. The first will be at 17:30 of January 1st, 2021. There are 40 actors and actresses in ‘Ao Dai’ taking part in the show.

The properties used in the show include cyclos, bicycles, lanterns, and conical hats. The show starts at 8 Hoang Dieu street, through Tran Phu street, Chau Thuong Van street, Nguyen Thai Hoc street, Hoang Van Thu street, Bach Dang street, An Hoi bridge, and Wooden bridge before ending at Japanese Bridge.
