(QNO) - The festival under the theme Challenges with Cao Lau will be organized in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province from 11 to 14 April. It aims to promote the images of Hoi An city’s tourism, culture and food, especially Cao Lau noodles. The event will be a great chance for local chefs to learn about cooking from international leading chefs.

The 4th Hoi An International Food Festival will take place in An Hoi Sculpture Garden and Hoi An ancient quarter with 12 booths for 12 international chefs. Yokes of Hoi An Cao Lau are interposed between them. There are a lot of activities, especially the Cao Lau processing contest in traditional style between these 12 chefs.
