Audio guide is a new technological product made in France. It uses 6 languages: Vietnamese, English, French, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. When visiting the places above, visitors will be provided with an audio guide and a list of the relics and artifacts coded. When visitors want to know about any of them, they can enter the code and the machine will automatically do the voice-over.

Besides, audio guide helps protect the places crowded with visitors in Hoi An from noise pollution. However, this technological product cannot replace people because visitors can’t ask it for more information about a relic.
