(QNO) - “Live fully in Vietnam” programme has just been launched by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to welcome foreign visitors back to Quang Ninh, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), and Phu Quoc (Kien Giang).
For the first time since March 2020, visitors have opportunities to experience new tours and enjoy wonderful cultural and natural landscapes in Vietnam
Last month, Vietnam was chosen as the Asia’s Leading Destination in 2021 by the World Travel Awards.
Meanwhile, Hoi An city (Quang Nam province) - a UNESCO heritage site regularly wins global tourism awards such as: “The most romantic city”, “The most beautiful city”, “The most charming city” or “The best cultural destination”…
In addition, Hoi An ancient town also attracts visitors with colourful lanterns, French architecture, local friendliness and specialties such as Cao Lau, Quang noodles.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Vietnam is among the countries with the lowest rate of Covid-19 deaths and infection cases.
Foreign visitors to Viet Nam are required to have received a full dose of Covid-19 vaccine recognized by Vietnamese authorities. They must also have a negative evidence for SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR/RT-LAMP within 72 hours.
However, children under 12 are not required a vaccination certificate.
