My Son Sanctuary reopens for visitors

Quang Nam province has decided to re-open public beaches and My Son Sanctuary because the Covid-19 pandemic is now under control.

Earlier, these sites were closed because the outbreak of coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

As of September 3, 2020, My Son Sanctuary in Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province will be re-opened to welcome tourists again. However, tourists are required to carry out the measures against the spread of Covid-19.

My Son Sanctuary was built during a thousand years by the Hindu kings of the Champa Empire. The complex stood for centuries as a testament to their dedication to the god Shiva.
