As soon as the Covid-19 pandemic was controlled, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam has launched a tourism stimulus program in late 2020 with the theme “Vietnam tourism is safe and attractive”.
Accordingly, travel agencies, tourism associations and businesses can actively choose their own messages suitable for destination attractiveness and local typical tourism products.
This tourism stimulus program focuses on the Vietnamese and is also applied to foreigners who are working and living in Vietnam. Tourism products include sightseeing, ecotourism, short-term relaxing vacation, healthcare, golf and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions tourism.
The program also encourages businesses to build their own stimulus packages in terms of price, variety, quality, reputation, and brand. In particular, companies should have flexible refund and cancellation policies to ensure the interests of tourists…
